The Good News Is, Hubby Survived!

The bad news was that he ate this left-over casserole while the rest of us were out. I don't remember when I cooked it. I don't remember because it was too long ago. To my RLF's" don't go poking him in the ribs and chuckling over the old casserole, 'cause I didn't exactly say anything about it to him. Why worry him- he had already consumed it when I discovered the empty pan!

oh my word, that is hysterical! That SO could happen to me someday! I wouldn't tell either... I'd just watch him VERY closely ;)

ps: I just updated my post to answer your questions ;)

Yes, this could happen in our household too. But hey.....I have repeatedly warned them not to go pillaging in the frig without my permission. ;)

My husband is a walking testimony to the whole don't eat things after X amount of days as being MYTH. :)

I have left a couple of comments but mostly lurk. But I had to post a comment because this made me laugh.

Sadly my husband knows better than to eat anything left in our fridge without asking first! :o)

I hope your husband is feeling okay today. Also I am glad he is home (as I know y'all are!).

I enjoy your blog. Have a good day!

Yes...your hubby is not alone. That has happened several times in this house.

First off, I have to tell you I'm jealous of you for living in a seaside community! I would LOVE to live by the sea. How wonderful!

Also, I laughed out loud when I read your comment on your bio about growing up in a home where you had to say "toot" instead of "fart." Same here! I swear, my mom hates that word almost as much as the other F word! :)

I really enjoyed visiting your blog...consider yourself invited to stop by mine when you get a moment.

If he can't tell if something is old, what does this say about your cooking Jane? I'm a little worried about the mac & cheese in my freezer now...

Can you say D-I-A-H-R-H-E-A?

It was very nice of you to spare him the stress. I would have done the same thing...and then suggested it was the flu when he got sick later.
