Oh my - I love that song. I love Kutless - and I love the album title song too.
I was on a worship team for 7 years - and Arms of Love was one of the songs we did for the duration. It was amazing - people really struggle with the intimacy of it - but that is how God loves us, and wants to be involved in our lives.
