while I go through the adjustment of my baby girl moving to her dad's. Ok, she's 13, but who's counting??? I won't bore you with all the details, but let's just say that my nickname lately could be "Waterworks"- not showy, dramatic ones, but private tears that are dangerously close to the surface. It has seemed that she has been really enjoying her time at her dad's and some of the extra freedom that comes with it and I have been feeling like all kinds of old news. I plan to be mature about it though, just shut up, love her, and let it ride- I will try to do most of my whining and sniveling in my Father's ears and not my friends, including you, but I did have to tell you about a little message that left me welling up some good tears. On my daughter's facebook, I found the following message :
"Dear Mommy, Do you remember the song you used to sing to me? Well, let me sing it to you. Here goes. I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always. As long as I'm living my mommy you'll be. - Robert Munsch (i miss you)"
What is the sound for nose blowing? Cause I would put that right here.

Awwww...see she feels it too!
A girl will always miss her Mommy. How sweet of her to leave a little note there for you.
See....she knows you are watching. :)
That has got to make her feel good that it hasn't been "out of sight out of mind".
And we will be patient...you can sniff, sniff here all you want. Maybe she is reading too. ;)
Oh boy, oh boy ..... this must be hard for you.... It's plain to see that you love her dearly .... and visa-versa. You are a very courageous woman who is thinking beyond yourself.
It's not even my daughter and I'm shedding tears.
*sigh*
will pray for comfort for you, sis. can't imagine this is any kind of easy for you.
How sweet. This gave me a lump in my throat. I'd miss my girl, too...
