An Anniversary Limerick.

Oh Gosh, today is my one year blogging anniversary. I have read some of your lovely and touching one year anniversary posts, so automatically I freeze up and become rebellious and don't want to recognize it. The free spirit in me doesn't want to do it unless I can think of a unique way to commemorate the event, and the good rules girl in me commands me to make some mention of it. So here I go:

There once was a girl named Jane

Who tried each day to stay sane.

Coffee Mom said "start a blog, and keep a log

of all that is going on in your brain"

Jane said, I'll give it a try

though I am not really sure why-

My life is too tame,

I have no claim to fame,

no one is gonna stop by."

So she shared and sometimes did vent,

and soon some started to com-ment,

She met kindred hearts,

from all different parts,

and now thinks blogging's heaven sent!

Seriously, I have met some special people here and am thankful for this tool of encouragement that the Lord has blessed me with. Have a great day, eh? (a little Canadianism for you all)
