Kathleen. It's a real pleasure to get a guest hosting gig, I've heard people doing this and always thought it would be fun. Anyhoo, Jane is experienceing some home improvements right now and isn't able to blog. The poor dear, what will she do all week?
Maybe some time at the beach?
Time in the big city?
Time at the pool?
Or time working on the house?
Whatever she does, I'm sure she will be eager to return to your blogs as soon as she's able. Hopefully it won't be more than a week, becuase if it is she will probably start to shake and twitch.

I would say you have some pretty big shoes to fill but I am not sure what size clog Jane wears. ;)

yes, well, you exceeded my expectations and even posted pics you sneaky duck! Thank you. I can access the internet from hubby's laptop, but cannot seem to get into my blog. Right now I am hiding in his office while he bangs around up stairs, installing our wood floor.
Don't have too much fun here while I am gone Kathleen, I will be watching!
