Well, for those of you waiting with baited breath (where did that saying originate from anyways?) to hear how my first session of boot camp went, I thought I would report in. I survived, and didn't look that foolish either- if you don't count totally not being able to balance on one leg on a blow up disc thingy or to be able to center my behind on it and do crunches while balancing - that one was painful!
On their calendar hand out it said a hill WALK, not a hill RUN. Have i mentioned I am not a fan of running? I managed ok, but I just like to complain about it. I came home feeling invigorated and it was only 7:15 am! Then everything went south when I attempted to get the gang out the door to drive my gramma to a doc appt, but hey, tomorrow is another day. I am going to go to boot camp again tomorrow, as I paid to go three times a week- on the hand out, it says that we are doing a ball walk, ultimate ball sculpting, legs/butt, shuttle runs ( I don't like the sound of that), strength training, and ball stretch. I am off to the crawl space to find the exercise ball that I have never used but don't let my kids play with in the hopes that I will someday actually exercise with it. ( the last one I bought got stabbed with a pen) Tomorrow is that day. I prefer to go bum over head trying to use it in front of ten other people rather than to try to get a handle on the technique in the privacy of my own home. Go figure on that one!

Well, I for one, applaud you for trying at all. I hadn't been here for awhile, because I updated your feed wrong in my bloglines, and I wondered, "Where'd she go?" Duh.
Glad to see what you're up to!
You go, girl! I'm so impressed.
I was so inspired by the games that I went to Amazon and bought the Early Americans one. That is what we are studying right now.
I was also inspired by your exercise regime, but not enough to buy one of those too. NOPE. NO WAY, but YOU GO GIRL! Just go without me. :o)
