
Well, I lost a bit of weight on my ring finger. Is there a button for that? Seriously, I did pretty good this week, as it was my period. I stayed away from sugar for the most part, and the couple things I had were not worth it, affirming my resolve! I have been doing an aerobics tape with weights, so I think that I am seeing slight results there. I have not weighed myself for a couple of weeks, but my Levis got on a little farther in the seat, I think. I will have to do another pic update on that next week!
So, still drinking water, working out, and staying away from sugar. How are you doing?

Awesome job! If your clothes and your rings are getting looser it means you are losing those inches! The most important part! Keep it up!

I noticed that my wedding rings were actually moving around on my fingers! Funny you mentioned that. I have size ten rings and hopefully, as time goes on, I will be even able to get them resized some day! Lord willing.

Sounds like you are doing great! I had to get my rings cut off and resized when I gained so much weight. :-P They are definitely looser now! Keep making healthy choices!
I forgot that weigh in day was today. Didn't bring my scale with me--oh well. :)
I did bring my pedometer and I walked over 3 miles yesterday. Will that make up for the chocolate I ate?
It is around 4:00 and I have already walked over 2 miles so I am doing good.
