Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Well, most of my blogging friends are doing this, so I thought I would join in too. I wasn't going to as I already have my Levis blogs going, but now I think if I don't I will covet your reward buttons- that is just the kind of person I am. I don't like measuring my success in pounds, more in measurements- we don't even own a scale. I will have to weigh in at my mom and dad's . I don't have a lot to lose- but it seems like a lot to me as it is not budging! My goal would be to lose 20 lbs I think. I thought it was 15 till I actually weighed myself the other day! Anyway, my plan is to drink, drink, drink! WATER, that is . And eat less. And exercise daily. No rocket science here. I have printed off some charts to check off for water intake, etc, as I read somewhere that checking off a checklist releases endorphins in one's brain. So far I am running to the bathroom constantly, but I know this works as it has for me in the past. I pretty much drank a large Pepsi slushy about 5 days a week while pregnant with the last baby, who is almost 2. I also got 2 cavities. With #3 baby, I drank water like a fish because I was leaking amniotic fluid and needed to replace it. I came out of that pregnancy looking not too bad. Actually, after my 2nd baby, the weight absolutely fell off, but that was due to the hyper stress of my first husband moving in with his girlfriend, but I digress. Got your attention though, didn't I? That is in the past and God's grace applies to all of us. I wouldn't recommend THAT weight loss plan though. I better stop as this post is getting strange. That is what sweets withdrawal and an aching bladder does to me.

Girl glad you joined us. We call all run to the bathroom together--isn't that what girls do?
Water and more water and then a bike ride. That's my plan.

Yep, I like the second plan better than the first way you lost weight! I'm in the challenge too and I just dropped by to cheer you on! Good luck!

Hi, I joined in the May Day Challenge too! I have more weight to lose than you do but we can help each other get it off!

I don't think I'll try the weight loss program that includes a hubby moving in with a g/f so I'll just have to do it the old-fashioned way... starvation and sweat. lol
