This is the new tea pot I bought myself yesterday. It is not red, not orange, I don't know what you would call it, but I love the color. I was looking at it on my kitchen counter and realized that it went with my decor. ( what one has of a decor in this stage of life!) I hadn't really thought of that at the time of purchase. See how nicely it matches my rocker?
My rocker matches our dining room/school room. I guess I like red and blue- especially in these shades. (That is a community one of the kids made on top of the table there). That led me to think how my new friend Gayle asked to see my Ronald McDonald shoes. Here they are. I don't know if you have these where you are, but everyone and their dog wears them here. Hypo allergenic, waterproof, easy to slip on and off. Mine are Holey Soles, but they are also marketed as Crocs, Dawgs, etc. I love slip ons!

I love the picture of all of your shoes lined up! that is so cute. I have them too but I wear them as slippers and love them!
Ok, I totally understand the Ronald McDonald thing now.
I love the color of the teapot, It almost looks like a melon color.
Gayle
Oh that is too fun! I love the color too. You would not know that I love color at all by looking at my white walls.
fabulous color!! i love it. it makes me want to start drinking tea...
How cute--a family of crocs!
We have them too. Julia loves her and wears them to school. Keith has a pair of army green. He bought me a pair of pink. When I wear them I feel like I have big fluffy pink marshmallows on my feet. I do not have tiny delicate feet so I don't really need anything to enhance their bigness.
I love your tea pot. I am into nautical sea colors right now. Since I don't have a house I can't show you what I have--it is all in storage.
But.........one day soon I will be able to take some pictures of MY house.
Thanks for your comments on my last post. It can be a real touchy subject. And I agree that as Christian women it is or can be our drug of choice. Won't get us locked up her on earth--but I believe it locks up in heaven what God would like to release in our lives. Does that make sense?
I have done the weigh down diet. Long ago.
Maybe I will right about my journey a little bit later in another post.
Good comments though.
Love the crocs!
I just have to ask about the Crocs though - do they make your feet sweat? I always thing those would be such easy shoes - but I worry my feet would be hot. Think Texas and summer.
