One of My Favorite Things About Spring

I had to do a meme on my fave Spring things awhile ago. Doing school outside was one of them. This was taken a few weeks ago before A and K went to visit their dad. I love being able to open up the patio doors and let the fresh air in. We don't have too many troublesome bugs here, so I am an open door/window gal!

What a great porch.
We would have to have it screened in here or the mosquitoes would carry you away.
You would give blood but not save anyones life.
So far so good.
No sugar and I am drinking my water--with a little lemon.
Are you behaving yourself?
I have dinner at church tonight and i will not be eating the dessert!!!!!

I love the thought of open windows & doors.

We get approximately 2.3 days here in TX when it is not too hot or to buggy. Those 2.3 days are usually in Feb. :o)

I love having my windows and doors open too! Right now the weather is perfect and the breeze is wonderful! Soon it will be too humid thought. So, I'm enjoying it while I can!

What a nice place to get out and play! I love having the windows open. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen much here - too many bugs.

I am so not an open door girl. I hate flies in my house. They drive me crazy, buzzing around aimlessly. Then of course there are the bees. Ick. I don't know how you do it. We have screens and I'm always telling Bill (not the kids, they're trained) shut the screen door!! I think it comes from growing up in Calgary aka Mosquito City.

It occurred to me last night that we might have more bugs this year as now we have a lawn. We have had our house in the middle of an acre of sand basically up until this spring. Oh well, we'll see how it goes. I still dislike having everything shut up tight.
