While wandering down the grocery aisle today, getting items for the Easter dinner The Skipper missed out on while he was away working, 5 year old J loudly and excitedly reminisced:
Hey MOM, 'member when you were taking the stuffing out of the back of the turkey and K thought it was POO?!?!"
My laughter joined everyone else's around us. Hopefully, he will not decide to say anything while we are merrily eating our stuffing tomorrow. It is tough to get through a dinner with 3 boys without the topic of burping, passing gas, or bodily functions coming up at some point!

It does NOT get any better as they get older. wink*
Have a happy day
That had me laughing.
aren't they great?
When I first read that you were getting ready for Easter dinner I thought--maybe it was like thanksgiving. Ya'll celebrating it at a different time. See it helps not to read to fast.:)
That sounds like something Michael would have done. And like Monkey Giggles said-No it does not get better as they get older.
Hehehe! That was funny. I think we have the same conversation problems with only one boy and an easily influenced little sister!
Peace and Laughter!
*had to read the easter dinner part over too*
funny stuff!
My dd went around telling people that her Daddy kicked the dog and now we don't have one anymore!
UGH! SO NOT TRUE! He only gently moved it with his foot, and we got rid of it when we moved because we didn't have a fence anymore.
But try telling that to those people! I was afraid PETA was going to show up at my door!
KIDS! Gotta love them!
Why are boys this way? I have two, and I keep trying to make them be refined and dignified. Alas!
What to hear something silly? The Easter part threw me and I thought oh maybe they celebrate Easter at a different time than us. So so silly of me.
With 4 men in my house we often have bodily function talk going on. I feel your pain. ;o)
