I took about a 1000 pics (ok, not quite) of myself in order to find one worthy of putting up on my blog. My camera isn't working very well, as it was causing lots of freckles and wrinkles to show up. Weird. I will have to phone and complain in the morning! Anyways, I got a few have decent ones (see top of sidebar), but these below are more like the real me. In honor of my new blog, I am going to challenge any one out there to see if they have more freckles than me. There is no prize, because I don't think any of you will win! Not even Cindy-cause I suspect her's are a bit more faded than mine!
be warned: I do have a deeper post swirling around in my noggin. It will come out eventually...
Oh, I promised Kathleen I would show her the art piece that I finally bought at a local craft fair. Every year I say that I am going to get one of these fresco paintings, and this year I finally did it!

Man, those pics even scare me, and I have already seen them! I didn't know they would be so big! My SIL is going to scold me for not just leaving it at a nice pic on my side bar!

I could probably take you on in the freckle contest, especially right after I've been out in the sun, but I am far too vain to post photos of them taking over. I was trying to wipe a smudge of mascara off my eyelid yesterday only to realize it was a new freckle.
I bet if we went out to lunch together (which I wish we could do TODAY), people would ask us if we were sisters. :)
